Introduction of the Horizontal Recycling Baler Machine

        The hydraulic baler includes a bracket, which has a bottom plate and front and rear side baffles. A jack is installed on the bracket. The jack has a piston rod. The right end of the piston rod is connected to a vertical push plate. The right side of the push plate is connected to a push plate strip. The gap between adjacent push plate strips is a rope groove on the plate. The right part of the bracket is provided with a press material upper baffle. The bracket on the left side of the press material upper baffle is provided with a feed port. The bracket on the right side of the front and rear side baffles is respectively fixedly connected with front and rear side baffles. The gap between adjacent side baffles is a rope groove. The right end of the bracket is provided with a discharge port. The right end of the bracket at the discharge port is hinged with a door panel. The left side of the door panel is connected to a door panel strip. The gap between adjacent door panel strips is a rope groove on the door. The cavity surrounded by the front and rear side baffles, the push plate and the bottom plate is the feed cavity. The cavity surrounded by the front and rear side baffles, the press material upper baffle, the door panel and the bottom plate is the extrusion cavity. The door panel and the right end of the bracket are fixedly connected with a locking device. The size of the package can be adjusted within a certain range according to needs.
