Working flow of the frying snack production line

1. Forming:Meat pie forming machine is not only for meat, but also for vegetables like sweet potatoes, pumpkins, green beans, etc. cheese and their mixtures, etc. the machine can form 1 or 2 or more pcs one time according to your product size and capacity requirement. and you can make the final product with different shapes by changing moulds.
2. Battering:we use battering machine to coat thick or thin batter on surface to achieve good breading effect. It is suitable for the processing of crumbs breading or flouring. Different batter , different battering machines:
3. Breading:aftering battering, products enter the lower mesh belt, the bottom side and 4 flank sides are covered with bread crumbs. The bread crumbs flowing from the upper hopper cover the product upper side. The bread crumbs on the upper and lower mesh belt can be pressed by pressure roller(the thickness of bread crumbs on the upper and lower mesh belt can be adjusted conveniently). After breading, the excess bread crumbs are blown off by air knife. 
4. Frying:The continuous frying machine is connected after breading machine, products enter belt conveyor first, then conveyed to conveyor belt of frying machine,after frying, finised products come out from outlet continuously.
   This machine consists of mesh belt conveying system, Automatic Scraping Slag system, oil filtering system, mesh belt lifting system, oil temperature automatic control system, electric heating system and so on.
