Application of Sawdust foot machine

The wooden pier hot press machine produced by our factory is of high quality. The surface of the wooden pier pallet feet produced is smooth and flat, with good water resistance (no cracking after soaking in water for 48 hours, no cracking in wind and sun), and strong nailing force. The mold can be customized according to the specifications and sizes required by customers. The products made are free of fumigation for export, and the formaldehyde emission (E2) meets the national standards. Its internal bonding strength reaches 1.07mpa, and the vertical screw holding force is 1590N and the parallel is 1660N. It is an ideal material for making fumigation-free wooden pallet brackets (foot piers, legs), mainly used to replace the foot piers used on log pallets, free of fumigation and heat treatment.
