Application of the almond processing line

1.Almond Grading Machine
This machine is used to grade almond kernels and other nuts.It can achieve the users' requirements is by one time filter.It has many advantages,such as compact structure,reliable performance,overall filtering, easy to operate and so on. It can be divided into 2 to 6 levels.
2.shell-kernel separating machine
After shelling, the kernels and shells are together. This machine is used for separating the kernels from the shells.
It is of high separating ratio , low crushing ratio, high quality and easy operation.
This machine uses the weight and suspend speed different between the kernel and the shell to separate them.
This machine can be customized with single-fun or double-fun.
3.Kernel Separator Machine
This machine is mainly used to separate the shells and kernels of different nuts such as hazelnut,almond,pistachio and so on.
There are enough material layers on the screen. When the machine is working, the material layers which seems like fish scale keep on vibrating,airflow through logistics layer from bottom to top.
