Product Description

The principle of charcoal machine is very easy to understand. It is to fill in the raw materials containing biomass fiber that can produce charcoal, such as branches, straws, rice straw, peanut shells, trunks, cotton straws, tea seed shells, fruit shells,weeds, leaves, etc., crush them into powder within 10mm by a crusher, dry them in a dryer to make the moisture content within 12%,put them into the rod making machine under high temperature and high pressure to make them into shape (without adding any additives), and then put them into the carbonization furnace for carbonization to make the finished machine-made charcoal.

Application

Processing Flow

1.The first process: crushing:Put the irregular shaped and sized raw materials into the crusher and crush them into wood chip particles with uniform fineness of about 3mm.
2.The second process: drying. Raw materials with moisture content exceeding the standard or uneven moisture distribution are dried in a dryer until the moisture content reaches between 6% and 12%.
3.The third process: rod making. The raw materials after crushing and drying are made into hollow strip semi-finished firewood rods by high temperature and high pressure of the rod making machine. The size of the firewood rod is: 5cm in diameter and about 40-50cm in length.
4.The fourth process: carbonization. The semi-finished firewood sticks are neatly stacked in the carbonization furnace, all air inlets are sealed, and they are ignited with an ignition furnace. During the combustion process, the oxygen intake is controlled, and water is added appropriately to extinguish the fire. The carbonization process is completed and carbonized into charcoal. The black smoke generated during the carbonization process is cooled and purified by the condenser and liquefied into a mixture of wood tar, wood vinegar and water.
